No, a formal diagnosis is not required. Many adults, particularly women and those who are late-diagnosed, have faced significant barriers to formal assessment. We focus on your lived experience and the practical, emotional, and energetic support you need to thrive.

Many neurodivergent adults have experienced "micro-traumas" or chronic stress from living in a world not built for their brains. A trauma-informed approach means we move at the pace of your nervous system. We don’t just push through "procrastination"; we explore the underlying safety or sensory needs of your body.
To support this deep healing, I use EFT (Emotional Freedom Technique), also known as Tapping. This mind-body modality is particularly effective for treating RSD (Rejection Sensitive Dysphoria), anger, and emotional dysregulation. By clearing these energetic and emotional blocks, we reduce the shame often associated with ADHD challenges, allowing you to move forward with a regulated and resilient system.

Healing and integration are journeys, not quick fixes. While many clients feel a shift in their perspective and regulation within the first few sessions, deep transformation usually occurs over several months. To support this, I offer packages of 3, 6, or 12 sessions.
We often meet weekly at the beginning to build momentum and establish safety in the nervous system. As you progress, we may space sessions out to allow for testing and integration of your new strategies and mind-body practices. This flexible rhythm ensures you have the space to apply your "winning recipes" in real-time while working toward long-term, sustainable wellbeing.

Quite often, yes. Many neurodivergent individuals are also Highly Sensitive People (HSPs), possess High Learning Potential (giftedness) or are Twice Exceptional (2e). This can manifest as being deeply intuitive, feeling emotions intensely, or having a highly tuned sensory system.
In our sessions, we don’t treat your sensitivity as a "problem" to be fixed. Instead, we work to understand it as a core part of your brilliance. By using mind-body practices and nervous system regulation, we help you move from feeling overwhelmed by your sensitivity to using it as a source of intuition and strength. As someone who is late-diagnosed and highly intuitive myself, I provide a space where your intensity is finally understood and celebrated.
